Appointments

Appointments are scheduled Monday- Friday from 8am-4pm. Please call 828-222-0477 or email info@sevenspringsvet.com for appointments. We strive to make it to each appointment on time but due to the nature of being a mobile practice, we will provide a time range that we are likely to arrive.

We service most of northwestern North Carolina including the following locations: Taylorsville, Wilkesboro, Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, Boone, Jefferson, Sparta, and more.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of services. You may be provided with an estimate prior to any services rendered upon request. We take cash, check, credit or debit cards.

Emergency

After hours and weekend emergency service is prioritized for established clients.  We accept new patients via emergencies on a very limited basis outside of business hours. All emergency calls are assessed an emergency fee.

There is one veterinarian on call after-hours during the week, on weekends, and holidays. A veterinarian will talk with you by phone to determine if an emergency visit is necessary or if it can wait for business hours. Payment is required at the time of service.

Fees

Our farm call fees are based on mileage radius from our home office. Emergency fees are a sliding scale and include daytime, after hours, weekend, and holiday rates. If you need more details about pricing, please contact us directly for an estimate.
